When you submit a tutoring request, Brain Buddies may collect the student name, email address, grade, subject, preferred session format, city or neighbourhood, tutoring goals, page URL, and basic browser information needed to process the request.

We use form information to respond to tutoring inquiries, match students with suitable tutors, and manage tutoring request follow-up.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with people or tools needed to operate Brain Buddies, such as scheduling, email, and lead-management services.

Retention

Inquiry details may be kept while we manage tutoring requests, scheduling, and follow-up. You can ask us to update or delete inquiry information by contacting us.
